Western Peak provides tailored consulting services for our real estate clients. Our principals have worked as employees and consultants for a wide range of real estate 
developers, investors, lenders and financial institutions, major tenants and large operating businesses involved in the transportation, travel and hospitality industries (with many locations and properties nationally). Western Peak Principals have also been involved in diverse development projects for our own accounts. In addition to Colorado, we have worked on projects in many major U.S. markets and internationally. Western Peak’s clients include:

We are particularly adept at selecting and managing the teams of multi-disciplinary experts involved with many of the projects and properties we work on.
Most situations also involve a group of 
diverse stakeholders, including the client, who define the relevant constraints, challenges and opportunities. Successful project management is both a science and an art in that it involves the thoughtful and simultaneous management of both the project team and the project stakeholders. Western Peak is accomplished at managing both aspects, based on the broad experience of its Principals plus the fact that each of them brings additional perspective and capabilities as a licensed attorney.
